Shoutouts are non-monetary recognition. You can send a Shoutout to one or more people, and recipients do not need to have a Guusto account.
From the left menu bar, click on Shoutouts and fill out the recipient information and a message.
Shoutouts make the biggest impact when all of your employees can get involved. From the main Dashboard activity feed, you can view, like, and comment on all of the Shoutouts made.
